  Dear Mr. Curran,

I just read the first chapter of ARTEMIS FOWL by Eoin Colfer.  This chapter is introducing some of the most important characters of this book :  Artemis the second and his bodyguard, Butler.  They had to drug a sprite so they could take pictures of pages of a important book.  This first chapter shows a lot of information behind the Fowls and the Butlers.  Like, how the Butlers have been serving the Fowls for centuries.  Butler is really strong.  he can break a man's fingers without looking.  Artemis the first was a famous European crime lord but went missing.  I don't have any thoughts about this book.

 I just finished the book ARTEMIS FOWL. Fowl got half of the gold he wanted from the LEP. He let Holly go unharmed. The LEP biobomed his house but they escaped.

Ijust read the second book of ARTEMIS FOWL.Root ,holly ,Artemis and Butler went to Russia to find Artemis senior.he was captured by the mafiya and held up for randsom. In Haven the B' wa kell took a fearsom atempt to take over the LEP. IN the end Artemis got his father back and Heaven was turned back to normal.

I just read some of the third book of  Artemis Fowl by Eion Colfer. this book starts off by Artemis introducing fariy technolgy to a greedy rich salesmen.
