Here's where we show off some work we've done in Writing Workshop. Take a look. Your life will never be the same...

Digital Storytelling

Tall Tale Project

Exquisite Corpses--What's that? Well, they're stories written by the class where each student writes only one sentence. The catch is that when they write their sentence, they only get to see the sentence immediately before theirs! It makes for some weird, wild stories. Here are some of ours...

e.c. #1

It was a dark and stormy night. It started to rain as the clouds went gray. It started to rain hard. The man ran in a store for an umbrella. He was wet and everything was wet. He was wet because it was hot outside and his friend poured water on him. He was wet because it was raining but the hot sun was out. He was wet because a gasoline truck dumped 94,970, 585 loads of water on him. He was driving his car with his friends and a ghost came and killed all his friends! then the car flipped; he got out of the car and ran away from it then the car went BOOM!!! Then somebody was driving, they passed the car that flipped and went BOOM!!! so they called the police.  When the police came they arrested the boy who called them and he went to jail for 1,507,880 years but apparently died. The police might have thought that somebody might have killed him but they didn't and they might have buried him. The police might have found the buried body and the person who buried him. They may have arrested the buried man, if he was alive. The buried man was so bad, he died in jail. People were feeling bad for him because he died in jail.
